Who I work with

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout and the ordinary difficulties of being in a relationship. Much of my work is with people going through big changes — new parenthood, caregiving, menopause, a separation, or a career that has quietly become too heavy.

Some people come to me because something has cracked open. Others arrive with no single crisis, just a sense that life has become smaller than they wanted it to be. Both are good reasons to start. Most have been managing alone for a while, and many begin by telling me they should be able to handle this on their own. That belief is usually what brings them through the door.

In session I follow your story rather than a script. I pay attention to how you learned to cope, what you carry from earlier relationships, and what those habits are costing you now.

I believe healing happens in relationship. Being known by someone who stays present with you, without judgment, is often where it begins.

Sessions are for adults and couples — in person at my Chestnut Hill office, and online to adults living in Pennsylvania.

“The metaphoric richness of a broken pot made stronger and more beautiful is both universal and deeply personal.”
